Description of Work: The tech was knowledgeable and would explain everything that he was doing. Very helpful and I would recommend them to everyone.

+ -1 moreI have an annual service. If I have an issue I would call them and it would be a separate fee. They are very punctual. You don't have a long wait. They know what they are doing. They do there thing and leave.

+ -1 moreHorrible service,,,, the tech would not listen to anything I had to say told me what he thought was bad replaced and unit still didn t work this was after all day working on it and had to come back next day and replaced part they replaced day before, and then said it was another part of the unit, then proceed to tell me I need a new unit and said that the whole time he was working on my unit, he was just trying to get me to buy new unit, had to call another company to come out and look and they told me it was the part Airtronics put in that was bad. so now i have to wait till monday and try and get help getting my unit fixed because I am living on limited income.
Description of Work: was suppose to clean unit instead told me part was bad and replaced it unit ran for the whole time they were replacing part they would not even turn off the unit and was here all day from morning till nite then had to come back next day and replaced part the had replaced day before and same thing keep unit running and still didn't work so I called another company and they said the part that Airtronics put in was bad.
