It was a terrible experience. The woman who answers the phone apparently had NO customer service experience. She does not listen to anything you tell her and she never stops talking. She is very condescending and calls you honey and sweetie but never uses your name. When they came they did not actually fix either of the problems. The dishwasher was not even put back together. It had bits of insulation hanging out of it and the door would not close. The service guy did not have a phone with him even though he said he needed to contact the manufacturer to get codes to fix the icemaker. He did install a new one but it still did not work. He said he would call to come work on it again but did not return calls in a timely fashion. Bottom line...nothing was fixed. We were charged $336 for nothing. When I called to complain the woman on the phone was so nasty that I had to hang up. They say they will refund my money but haven't seen it yet. Most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Did not fix either of the problems they were hired to fix and we're rude and nasty in the process. UPDATE...They did promptly refund the full amount I had paid them do they are honest in their financial dealings but I still would not recommend trying to deal with them.
