Steve is a pro and always great to work with and he gave us expert advice. Kim very kindly and professionally guided me through the whole process, helping me make great, tasteful decisions. Our large laundry room is beautiful and now is perfectly functional. We love it! Work was completed on time and they very promptly came back to make a few little tweaks. Also, very neat and very nice workers.

Marty was great. Went above and beyond to save me from much bigger problems. Told me what to look for and so 3 days later when I noted the water running out the emergency line again he made an appointment to come out again at no cost to me. Andrea and Marty have both been so nice and accomadating. The prices seem fair and I never felt like I was being taken advantage off.

They had to come out to the house, stop the water from leaking in! Then they had to locate where the pipe was broken. Once they located the leak - they gave me an idea of what work had to be done to repair it. Now since a slab leak is under the ground - we either had to bust up my floor - or re-route the pipe. Of course I chose the re-route They sent the crew out to re-route the pipe - they were neat clean and professional. all the work was done in about half a day.

Old hot water heater leaking found it was full of sediment. Replaced with new hot water heater now vented to outside, which was not done by the builder. Changed water softener setting to optimize performance, hopefully reducing sediment in Hot water tank. Changed R/O sink filters. All services went as planned. David is a very professional and knowledgeable plumber, All work was done quickly and cleanly, I highly recommend this company.

I have used Sunland Plumbing and Construction Heating and A/C for both plumbing work and HVAC work. I was pleased and submitted a report for this company's plumbing work but this is a report for the HVAC work that they did. This is an excellent company for both indoor and outdoor plumbing and HVAC work. My outdoor HVAC duct system, on top of my roof, had been damaged and knocked off of its base at the roof line and inside my attic by careless workers from another company. Steve Heiserman of Sunland was able to quickly analyze what needed to be replaced on my system and inform me what needed to be done to renovate the duct vent and change the vent elbow to have my current A/C unit work more effectively. When it came time for my new roof replacement, Steve worked with me and around the roofing crew to fix the damaged A/C duct work while the roofers replaced my roof. They were right there when they were needed and were very attentive and looked out for my system’s well being during this entire process. Sunland’s workman, Ray, was very accommodating and professional. The new A/C elbow that Sunland installed onto my current unit, the duct work on the outside, and also inside my attic, was done perfect with high quality materials and everything is working so much better now. I can not say enough good things about this company, I am pleased and I will be using them again.

I called Sunland about a clogged sewer. They came out immediately on a Friday night. We did not know it but this line was cracked and had roots growing in it. Sunland worked well with me. It went very well. Sunland plumbing was very fast and professional. The only thing they are a little more costly than other plumbers but they are worth it. They are very honest and in good standing with AZROC. I wish I had used them for the entire sewer line replacement that I had completed in April 2009. I choose another, less costly contractor's bid and I am very sorry I did that.

A little late..street name incorrect but office called twice to let me know. This was third plumbing company called for this job..the first two refused to install drain pan piped thru wall. Sunland ran ad for sale so unit was about $70 less than competition plus, got an unexpected 10% off as new customer.
