 + -1 moreMy mother passed away before the scheduled move. Mr. Norman was called to inform him of the situation and request a refund as the move had been pre-paid. To this date, we have not received a refund, although he had promised this back in June of 2015. This person appears not to be very honest or trust worth - do not use.
Description of Work: Was supposed to move my mother into an assisted living facility.

 + -1 moreNo work was performed. I called for an estimate and to schedule a time for the unloading of a U-Haul truck two weeks from now. Norman said he could not determine at this time whether he would have the help available. He said that I could call a day or two ahead, and he would see if he had help available to do the job. However, since I have a deadline for returning the truck or incurring additional charges, I felt I needed to have a confirmed appointment to do the work and will look for other options.
Description of Work: This report is based on a phone call trying to schedule the unloading of a U-Haul truck, which I anticipated would be a 2-hour job for two men.
