They have come back regularly to check the trap and replace bait as needed. They also responded to my concerns about damage to drip system, performing a thorough check to verify that their digging had not caused any leaks. They were respectful and professional in every way.

Tech was very punctual, kind and informative. We did property walk around the outside and visited each room on the inside.

Went well. Still seeing both dead and alive earwigs and cotton beetles inside. Called today and they will return on Wednesday. We signed up for 1 year monthly service. They have returned to spray outside once. Hopefully they will end the problem on this visit.

The office staff was great! Very courteous and able to answer all my questions. I am actually still awaiting a response from one of the other companies that I contacted end of March. The gentleman came to the door, was very professional and conscientious. He closed and locked the gates and went beyond what I expected. He was on time and on the right day.

We have used General Exterminating for both pest control and termite treatment. They have always been prompt, courteous and thorough...in other words, very professional in all respects. This applies to our experiences with both their office staff and service people. Their prices have always been significantly less than other companies offering similar services. The cost shown is for both annual pest control (quarterly service) and whole-house termite treatment (Termidor with a 5-year warranty included at no additional annual inspection fee since we also have pest control). Their cost for termite treatment is based on the size of the house treated and ours is a 1,500 square foot single story home in their normal service area.

I went with them instead of the people I had before. I don't know when they come, they don't knock on the door, they just show up. They are a local company; they come on time and do their job, and I have no complaints. I was paying more money with the other people and not having as good a job; three weeks after they sprayed, I would start getting bugs in the house. I will continue to use General Exterminating Inc in the future.

It really works well to keep the bugs down. They offer service on an as needed basis, as well. They have also fumigated my attic for me. The workers are all good, cleancut people who you can talk to. They're knowledgable. They are always careful with their equipment and have never done any damage. They are good, responsible people.

They are very professional, reliable and come immediately when I want them to. I will use them again in the future.

They have been there as they said they would be. No more ants

The employee showed up on time and drilled holes to treat around the house. The bathrooms and other areas including the laundry room and kitchen were also treated.. The only area that was not treated was the garage because we had many boxes and furniture that should have been moved but they agreed if we had a problem they would return. Everything was left as they found it. So far, I am pleased with the results.

I don't have a contract with them and just call when I need them to come. I usually have them come out once or twice a year. They come on time and they are thorough. They get the job done and it is easy. They will come when you are gone. They only come inside once when they do the first initial one inside the house too. They do a good job.

THEY WERE ON TIME, WERE ABLE TO COME WHEN I WAS HOME FROM WORK. THEY WERE NICE AND I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS.
