Beautiful job. On time, finished the job earlier than expected and I will use for other projects that I need. Zach was great!
Description of Work: I need some tall exterior shrubs shored up with keyhole screws needed in the masonry wall. There about 30 shrubs. My plan is to use the garden tape to secure them so they don't blow over with high winds I get. If there is a way to attach a picture you will be able to see what I am describing. In addition, I have a privacy screen that was attached to the house, that has come loose with all of the wind. I need it reattached, but it will likely need supporting wood or toggles to hold it. I don't think there is enough stud to support it. The previous wood has weathered and split causing the frame to separate from the house.

Great! In less than two hours we had the new dog and the doggie door in.
Description of Work: He is needing to have the current door removed and then adding a new door while installing a doggy door in the new door. It is a plain wooden standard door which should not take long to cut out the shape for a new doggy door. He has the new door and doggy door that will be installed.

Individual that did work was polite and did a good job. However, they added a $100 removal fee even though I had requested this be done during initial discussion. I called and emailed them regarding extra charge, all of which went unanswered. The feel they price gauged and will not use them again.

Thank you for choosing Ace Handyman Services. I'm familiar with this job, but like all of our customers, we are always in contact with them, whether good or bad. The craftsman asked if you wanted the mirror hauled away and notified you there would be an extra charge. You agreed to the charge and signed the contract that states our haul-away agreement. When my office spoke to you, I believe our team apologized for the misunderstanding that removing the mirror from the wall and the mirror from the property are two different things. We also offered you a free one-hour appointment with our craftsman. We will continue to assist you in any way we can. Horrible. The worst professionals I've come into contact with. I now need to pay someone to fix problems that were not there. Had no clue how to do the jobs. Terribly disappointed!

Good Morning [Member Name Removed] Thank you for taking the time to write a review, but the rating has taken me by surprise so much that it has taken me a couple [Member Information Removed] days to respond. Your appointment was small, so I assigned it to my two young guys. After the appointment, they walked me through the issues and informed me that they communicated to you throughout the appointment and everything was fine when they left. Later that day my office received a message from you about issues with the appointment. Listening to your concerns from our phone call, I immediately assigned my lead craftsman to your [Member Information Removed] to address an issue (free [Member Information Removed] charge), and then I called an emergency meeting with the two craftsmen who were assigned to your job. They assured me that all work besides the plumbing was done to your satisfaction. When asked why they didn't install the faucets, they informed me that they weren't too confident in the installation. When my lead craftsman arrived at your [Member Information Removed] to address your concerns, he found that everything was installed correctly and leveled, and he was able to fix your faucet issue. He also did extra work that wasnt on the invoice at no cost to you. He also stated that you were pleased with our work and inquired about doing more work, such as a backsplash. In addition, my office staff has been in contact with you every step [Member Information Removed] the way. That's why I can't understand this rating. If this is an error on my part, then I apologize, but we do take every review, either positive or negative, Very Seriously! The very qualified roofer named Ernest was awesome. Very knowledgeable, very respectful, and very thorough. He was incredible. As a roofer's daughter, I thought I knew everything, and now I've met someone who actually knows more than me.
