"Todd was awesome. He responded the following day and was able to do a temporary repair until we can have the installing contractor return under warranty to make a complete repair. Todd identified a larger issue with the gutters which we would not have know about had Todd been less knowledgeable about gutter installation. He also was able to show us that the gutters were clear of debris and not clogged. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, efficient, reasonably priced, helpful, and friendly. We will be using him again and highly recommend him."

"When their employee came to my property and I described to him what I wanted done he seemed very disinterested in taking on the project. However, he said that he would send me an estimate. After about a week passed and I still had not received the estimate I called the company. Even after I phoned the company it took about another 5 days to receive the estimate via email. Before I opened up the estimate I calculated in my own mind what I thought would be a fair price for the job. When I opened up the estimate I was shocked to discover that the estimate was almost 4X what I thought would be a fair price for the proposed work! Needless to say, I did not use Vicente Landscaping. I ended up using a different landscaping company. The second company did an excellent job, and they did it for about 15% of what I thought was a fair price for the job. The second company's cost was about 4% of Vicente Landscaping's estimate! I am very pleased with the work that the second landscaping company did on the project."
