The 4 ton 16 seer unit Paladin installed would not cool our house, our 20 year old unit that was replaced always kepped our house cool with no issues. I could not get Paladin to respond for two months. I hired another company to complete a diagnostics. They informed me my unit was operating as a 2.5 ton unit because a one stage compressor thermostat had been installed and I had a two stage compressor. I tired to get Paladin to return a call after he said he would or respond to fix the issue. After waiting two weeks I had an appropriate thermostat installed and wired for a two stage compressor. I filed a complaint to the BBB and Paladin did not respond. He showed up at my residence asking what the problem was. After explaining the problem and what I had done, I presented him with the receipt for the repair asking for reimbursement. Of course no response. On his website, About Us, he has icons for BBB Accredited, and PORA He is not BBB Accredited and not on PORAs list

They installed a new heat pump back in February by the end of May AC was not working properly it is the end of August still not working gone all summer without proper AC and told us several times he would be out to fix it nobody shows up or calls I sold my house getting ready to close and still can not get him out here unreliable and unprofessional. Too bad because he is a veteran

They were very professional and found my problem quickly. They traveled clear across the valley to get the part and installed it the very next day. They even provided a portable unit so that we could sleep that night. Very thoughtful. Very knowledgeable.

This is the second time we use them in the last week. I love the fact that they don't automatically want to go for a high-ticket item, that they listen to what was wrong, and fixed that specific problem. The service was great, and the price was wonderful. I will definitely be using them again.

Darren is awesome and down to earth while providing awesome customer service. He. came out when I first moved into my home to service my old ac unit outside and checked my handler. On his latest visit, him and his sons pulled out my old unit and installed a new trane for me. Follows up as well. Highly recommended!

Darren was very proactive in inspecting our house/old heat pump in Wickenburg. Very happy with new unit that is an upgrade in tonnage and SEER rating. Paladin also removed old - nonoperational solar water heating panel from the roof and evaporative cooler from side of the house. Very pleased with prompt service, work quality and pricing.
