Very pleased with the whole process. I was out of town when my unit quit working. Paladin/ Darren contacted me, found out my needs and we did the whole process over the phone. It was completed as scheduled. Very personal and efficient. Would recommend them to anyone!

I would recommend this company to any/everyone in need of quick, professional service. My A/C unit died in the midsummer heat, and they were here almost instantly, with a crane, and replaced my unit beautifully. They were very careful about Covid as well, explaining what little they would need to touch (had to install a new thermostat), how they would wipe down afterward, very reassuring. The entire process was no-contact. They also provided me with a brand new temporary portable A/C unit for a short time before they installed my new unit. Their prices are so reasonable, especially for the level of service they provided. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The a/c unit in our home started to show signs it was going to need to be replaced and we began the process of seeking bids through HomeAdvisor. Jodi called us immediately to introduce their family business, Paladin Mfg, and offer any assistance. No pressure just asked questions to determine what our needs and preferences were. Our son lives in this house and my husband and I live out of town. Darren and Jodi made arrangements to meet our son to check our old system and what our replacement needs would be. They came on a Sunday to accommodate his schedule (who does that?) Amazing! The expected happened, I called mid-morning on Wednesday and the next morning Darren and his crew were at the house installing a new unit. This involved Jodi making many calls to my son and me, as well as the dealer to order all the necessary components for the unit we chose. She went well above and beyond for us. Darren followed up the next day with our son to check how the unit was working. Also, to let him know he wants to be at the house the first time he turns the heating unit on. Over the years, we have replaced systems in two homes and have never had this level of customer service. Friendly, conscientious, thoughtful of our needs and what we wanted. The follow-up has been great, and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them for the maintenance of this new system. Nancy and John.

I didn't feel like I contacted a business, the experience was like asking a friend for help. Jodie, Darren and the boys were beyond amazing. They beat the lowest price by $2,500. They even brought us a portable AC unit so we could be cool through the night. Jodie even called to check on us to see if we were ok. We highly recommend this business. My original AC died on a hot Saturday afternoon. Darren was at my place within a half-hour of the referral. He gave me a very fair price for both a new HVAC system and water heater replacement, and even loaned me a portable AC unit to get me by! He and his sons were able to do the whole installation Monday and got it running Tuesday (factory defect valve they had to drive many miles to pick up for me).

Of all the bids I obtained (I got plenty), this company was by far the best to work with. Darren was not pushy, listened to what we wanted and WAS NOT a high pressure salesman. You could tell he genuinely wanted our business. I could not have asked for a better installation experience than we had with Darren and his team. I ll definitely recommend them!!!
