We just moved into our 2 year old home 🏡 and realized the master bedroom 🛏️was always 10 degrees 🌡️🥵warmer🥵 than the rest of the house 🏠 !! Darren and his team 👏came out got up in the addict and right away realized the problem !! May I add in the middle of a heat 🥵 wave!! They were able to change some ducting💨 around and added an additional vent ▪️in the master bedroom!! Now all rooms in the house are even temperatures 🌡️! Our electric bill 🧾 went down even 👇!! The guys were quick 🏅 , efficient 🟢 , and clean 🧽 !! They even came on a Saturday 🗓️ to be able to get the job done quickly for us! 🏅 And a few days after their work Darren 🕺even called to follow up and make sure everything was good 👍🏼and we were happy 😃!

Paladin installed a new 4 ton 16 seer package unit on our residence in May 2022. It was not cooling our house as our old unit did. After two months of waiting for Paladin to respond I hired another company to complete a diagnostics. Paladin had installed a 1 stage thermostat and the new unit has a two stage compressor. The 4 ton unit was operating as a 2.5 ton unit. I notified Paladin of the problem and he would not return a call to fix the issue. After two weeks I had a two stage thermostat installed and wired correctly. Paladin did not respond to my BBB complaint.

They were gonna do a replacement but did not return yet. They wont take my phone call and the last time I heard from them was a week and half ago and he said he was on the road and would call me back but did not.

They showed up on time, very professional, fixed my thermostat and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I wasn’t sure what the problem was and could have easily been convinced the problem was more serious. I was very happy with their honesty and professionalism!

If you need any type of Air Conditioning, Heating Repair or New Installation - Darren is the guy you need to contact at Paladin MFG/Construction. This is a family owned company and great honest guys to work with. They do fantastic work and have the best prices in town. They are very knowledgeable and very much perfectionists. They are also liscensed and bonded. Will give free estimates and explain the work to be done on a repair or new installation. Can not say enough good about this company. They are the best in town.
