Description of Work: I received a proposal and quote to install a new irrigation and some plants in the back yard. Alberto was responsive to our quote request, called when he was en route to confirm arrival time, and arrived at our home for the scheduled meeting. Alberto is a very professional, personable and knowledgeable individual; I would have happily awarded the contract to Alberto's Landscaping, but it came down to price. If our project was more involved, required more design, price may not have mattered as much as on this basic project. My decision to use another provider was simply price; this was a basic project that did not require high design or finishes. However, I will contact Alberto in the future for a quote for any landscaping project.

Description of Work: Lopez Landscaping landscaped our backyard and installed a gas line for a gas grill. They ran electrical wirings for lighting in the backyard, built planters for gardening and did the irrigation for the backyard and for the planters.

+ -1 moreTHE COMPANY DID A GOOD JOB AND HAD GOOD PRICES. WE HAD A FEW LEAKAGE PROBLEMS LATER DUE TO A ROCK GETTING IN THE SYSTEM, NOT THEIR WORKMANSHIP. WE HAD A FEW RESPONSE PROBLEMS AND IT TOOK SEVERAL CALLS AND VISITS BEFORE WE GOT THE PROBLEM RESOLVED. FINALLY THE OWNER CAME TO THE HOUSE AND FIXED THE PROBLEM HIMSELF. THEY WERE ALWAYS VERY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY.
Description of Work: HAD SPRINKLER SYSTEM PUT IN BACK YARD, CURBING, SOD INSTALLED, MOUNDS PUT IN AND SEVERAL PLANTS PLANTED.
