All aspects went great. They arrived and completed all work as agreed on schedule. All the workers, at times there were 7 or 8, were friendly and polite. Rich Bugher who was my primary contact from the start did a great job. He was on-site most of the time making sure that everything was done as agreed and mediating little misunderstandings that typically arise. When the roof had been stripped, he took me on a rooftop tour to inspect the decking and it was my decision as to what needed to be replaced. Drop-cloths were used to cover plants near the house as well as to cover the pool. The area was thoroughly cleaned when they were finished and they did a thorough magnetic sweep for nails, etc. Besides Rich, Al Luna, "the Boss", was at the site several times and particularly at the end to make sure things were cleaned up and that I was happy with the job. They were price competitive and, had I needed assistance in contacts with the insurance company they were ready and willing to help. Roof required 36 squares of shingles and the patio roof was approx. 350 sqft. A primary reason I selected them was that they were the only company of many I contacted that indicated that their roofing crew would not be the ones to do the fascia and patio repairs. Al and another fellow came over to specifically determine what needed to be done. That work was all done in the days before the roofing crew arrived. Great job and a reasonable price. I'd use them again.
