Did an ok job putting in the water heater but left the bottom attachment off. He said he could not fit the water heater in the space where he had just taken the old one out of. So he left off the bottom attachment that lifted it off the floor. After he replaced the water heater and turned the water back on. He ran the faucets in the bathroom and kitchen. The faucet in the kitchen came out in a little dribble. He said because the water pipes were old (they are new PVC only 5 years old) he said he would have to replace all the water pipes. I told him I could not afford to replace them as they had been replaced with new PVC pipes five years prior to him putting in the heater. He said there was nothing he could do without replacing them. I showed him in the basement the new pipes directly under the kitchen sink and washer and dryer, He still insisted they were old and needed to be replaced. I was leaving the next morning for back east and would be gone about 9 weeks so there was nothing I could do at that point. I got back in November and called him and left a message on his cell phone. He never called me back. I called several other times and left messages. No response. Finally I got a hold of him because he answered the phone. He told me again that he needed to replace all the pipes and that I had told him that faucet always ran slow. This was not the truth as for minor things my handyman always took care of and I would have had my handyman fix it. He is a liar. After I hung up I called my handyman who came over and he fixed the faucet in less than 15 minutes. He took the pipes off under the sink and blew them out and it only cost me $35. Now the faucet works fine. Handyman looked and said the pipes under the sink and basement were brand new PVC and that I should report this plumber. Which I am doing.

Wife, Terri, answers the phone and knows me like family (though we are not related). We had a couple of minor teething problems and they were very responsive, making several extra trips until everything was ship shape. I will never call another plumbing service.
Description of Work: Installed new RO system under the kitchen sink, ran a line from it to the refrigerator, and hooked it up for me. Installed new water line shut off valve in the garage and new water filters.
