Description of Work: My repair was non-urgent and they kept me informed of delays in the much more urgent and larger problem they were dealing with. Before my problem became urgent, they got here and did the repair in a professional and competent manner.

+ -1 moreJohnny finally came out himself and told us the old faucets could no longer be repaired. He asked me to select a new faucet and he would put it in. He said he would have to cut out 6 tiles to do the job. He used my brand new tarpaulin to put down to walk on and contain the mess (he ruined that - but it was a cheap tarp). He cut out 15 tiles and finished the job, saying he doesn't do tile work, so I would need to find someone else to finish the job! The faucet works and I eventually got the tile work finished. I won't hire him again.
Description of Work: Repair of dripping shower faucets. They replaced the washers and left. I called them back because it still dripped. They replaced the valve seats and washers and left. I called them back because the faucet still dripped.

+ -1 moreHe got the front and the back hose assembly's set up and installed an access cover to stop the flooding in less than an hour. He always does a great job and my first call when I have plumbing issues!
Description of Work: A water pipe, leading to my faucet burst outside my house and it leaked into my coat closet.

+ -1 moreHe is the best plumber in town. He is so busy he doesn't even have to advertise. He is about the only plumber of mine who is actually still working. The house and plumbing is getting old, so I have to have him out every year or two to snake out the line to the main. You can always count on him. He has been here a long time, so he knows everybody. I have known him for 30 years. They treat you just like family. If you have an emergency, they try to get out and help you. We had a leaky water heater one morning, and they replaced it within five hours. He runs a crew of two to three men.
