It is difficult to get quality, quick service spa service in Prescott, AZ. I was connected to Wickenburg Pool and Spas by HomeAdvisor and was able to arrange a prompt service call to troubleshoot and fix why my spa had stopped working. Very impressed and will let other spa owners know. Its great to know there is reliable and affordable spa service available from this company in Wickenburg, about 50 miles from Prescott. Even more impressive is the owner, Bill Pruitt, makes the service calls and was very courteous in calling to advise that he was delayed by another longer than expected service call and the estimated time of his arrival.

quality of service very good. very knowledgeable. Just starting up with the service was a little rough to get coordinated. Started service the same week of the 4th of july, same week my pool remodel completed. getting coordinated for start up was a little rough. but once started, pool looks great.

A positive experience. Wickenburg Pool had to work around the electrician who was installing a disconnect which meant more trips to the job site than would normally be required. Wickenburg Pool was flexible with the scheduling and very pleasant to deal with.
