Selected this company based on completeness of proposal & openness of owner in giving advice on how to make some small repairs/changes to our aging floor. They were able to schedule us the following week to take advantage of the empty house before we moved in. Crew arrived on time, asked appropriate questions to clarify work to be done, finished in their 2.5 day schedule & with great results. The floor looks like new again. Only minor disappointment is the amount of dust created in the process that covered the rest of the house, despite the use of dust containment system & plastic sheet barriers put up to separate the work area.
Description of Work: Minor repairs to 450 sq. ft., 19x19 red oak parquet wood floor (replace few blocks & few fingers, replace top of one stair step, add one door threshold), sand to remove old finish, stain, apply three coats polyurethane finish. Also removed & reinstalled baseboards & refrigerator.

+ -1 moreVery good experience overall. Bob the owner is friendly and very knowledgeable. His team of two young men were very courteous as well. The work was done as scheduled and on time. I asked for some additional small items to be done during the installation and they seemed happy to accommodate my requests.
Description of Work: Labor to remove carpet and install 700 square feet of wood laminate flooring. I supplied all the laminate, molding, and underlayment (purchased from Home Depot). I also removed and replaced the furniture.
