This contractor laid a concrete patio for us. Within a month, there were cracks all across the sides of the patio. He begrudgingly came out to fix it when I mentioned it needed to have more than just one joist. He eventually came out to fix the issue. However as he fixed the crack, he chipped off more of the concrete which he patched up using a different color concrete. He planned on charging us to come out and do this, but ended up accepting no payment. I would be very careful to use this company.

We have used Concrete West twice, and both times would give an enthusiastic A+! Once they did a stained concrete floor and the bigger job they did for us was pouring a concrete foundation for a building. Both times the work was done on time, on budget, and with perfection. The owner, Don, is not a salesperson but is a great honest man. He is personal involved hands-on every job and he is a perfectionist. Every member of his crew spoke English. Good prices, good service and excellent quality of work - I would recommend Concrete West to any of my family and friends!
