+ 1 moreBarrett Plumbing & Drain replaced a leaking kitchen drain pipe in May 2020. Barrett was paid-in-full for his services and agreed to return in 1 week for a water filter replacement. Barrett was a NO CALL and NO SHOW for this appointment. On July 9th 2020, the REPLACED pipe began to leak again. Barrett was contacted to service the leak per the company’s “2 Year Guarantee”. In response, Barrett was dismissive, verbally abusive (used obscenities), and refused service. No GUARANTEE...No REFUND.
