Description of Work: Provider power washed, fixed cracks and painted our whole house and fencing. Completed the work in a professional an timely manner.

George Sr. & George Jr. and his work crew were very professional and completed the work in 2 days. I appreciated that they were looking out for my best $ value and gave me step by details of the work they would provide.

Description of Work: Sunguard Painting's Exterior Stucco package was the big deal on Angie's list when we purchased it. They do needed repairs like cracks and concrete work and used high quality paint (Dunn Edwards). Our home had a 14 year-old exterior paint job and looks beautiful now! The job was completed in 3 days. Not the cheapest paint job, but you get what you pay for with Sunguard in my opinion. Angie's List made it affordable.

Description of Work: July 17th - Personal visit to go over the Fine Print; wall height restriction (8.5ft), does not include baseboards, doors, door trim or closets .. how much more to those items? Quoted $2800 to include better brand paint .. an increase of $1,500). Unreasonable.

Description of Work: They arrived for the estimate on time, were very professional, answered all questions, explained the work they would perform. They arrived as promised and did an excellent job on the house painting. Clean up was done very well. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: After contacting Sunguard, Walter came out to the house. He took me around the property, explaining everything his crew would do, including pressure washing, minor repairs, painting, and clean-up. Although the Angie's Big Deal offer had expired, he honored the price anyway. I picked out colors and a date was set. In the days leading up to the day my house was supposed to be painted, it rained heavily in Phoenix and we had to push our completion date back. Walter called me personally, appologizing for the unavaidable delay. Bright and early on our new date, a 2 man crew arrived and began the prep work. They were polite and professional, spoke English (!) and answered all of my questions. On the second day, they again arrived on time and finished the job. Upon completion, The owner and his son came to inspect. They walked the property and checked on all of the things that we had wanted painted. Everything was done perfectly. | |I was very satisfied with the entire process, from the initial phone call all the way to the completed job. I have only 2 words of advice for you: HIRE SUNGUARD! You will not regret it.
