He was great and on time. I would be dealing with the unexpected delete in the irrigation system that I just happen to see where I was bubbling up. So, I had all my time on the phone trying to find somebody to come out to do an emergency repair. They did a good job, I did not walk through, everything was clean and put away, and they were still there doing the outside when I had to leave. I think they were great. We were very happy about that. They did the work.

Second time i've used this company. I can't say anything bad. Its one of the best experiences I've had while living in Tucson. Most other companies try to rip you off once they see what style home and how large it is. Its like a cash register running up the dollars. Not with two guys and a sponge. Honest days work for a honest days pay. to many companies what to get rich overnight, just not happening with me. you work for it just like i did for 30 yrs. i actually need them back out this month.

Tyler was very professional and did a great job. I was replacing the screen meshing while he was working. He completed his work but came back later in the day to help me replace the refurbished screens (long ladder required for two-story home). He was very generous with his time and the even though the windows had not been cleaned for a long time they now look terrific. Well worth the money.

Two Guys and a Sponge is actually one guy—Tyler runs the business himself now. Being alone didn’t slow him down as far as I could see, though. Decided to give them a try after three of the biggest window washing companies in town couldn’t even be bothered to return multiple calls. Called on a Friday and left a message; Tyler called me back on Saturday. That’s right, he works weekends. Made an appointment for the following Monday. Tyler showed up 30 minutes early. Professional appearance, equipment, and vehicle. Did a walk-through, and took his shoes off inside my house when he saw me do it. His estimate was $215 for 43 window panes. I approved, and he jumped on the work immediately. After he got inside, he realized he’d miscounted and informed me immediately—there were only 41 window panes, so my cost went down to $205. I’d never had known if he hadn’t had the integrity to tell me. Tyler earned all my future business right there. The whole job took about three hours, but was well worth it. Highly recommend this young man and his company.

3300 sq ft house had recently been power washed, stucco repaired and repainted. All of the windows needed washing. Greg Nickens, owner of Two Men whom I have used in the past, removed all of the screens etc. in order to thoroughly clean all of the windows. My neighbor was so impressed watching him, she asked him to do her house ASAP--which he did.

He was ultra professional and super sweet. After he left I killed a fly on the living room window, tried to clean off the smudge and made a bit of a mess. I called Tyler for coaching on how to clean that up and he very generously came back the next morning and re-did that window! I will definitely stick with Two Guys.

Quick, clean, punctual, no muss, no fuss. Was thinking about having this done and received an unsolicited follow-up call and scheduled immediately as I had used this service before and was satisfied. Asked that he put me on a 6-month reminder call back so as not to let as much time pass between services.

I called them on a Friday afternoon and he came out early on Saturday morning, the very next day. He did a great job and was very responsive to my needed time-line. His prices are absolutely reasonable.

Tyler returned my phone call promptly. I arranged to have him clean all our windows (5 full sized windows, 2 tall narrow windows, 3 patio doors and 6 large floor-to-ceiling windows adjoining the patio doors, plus three screen doors, and all the window and door tracks for $115. We set a date and time for the two guys to come. On the agreed upon day I appreciated that Tyler called when he saw he was going to be 30 minutes late, which was not a problem for us. He arrived with his helper promptly at the rescheduled time and set to work cleaning all the windows, doors and screens inside and out, as well as the tracks. The guys work fast and their process is efficient and professional. No hoses or faucets are needed.They each carry a bucket of soapy water, a brush and a squeegee, plus cleaning rags. The guys removed and cleaned our screen doors and reinstalled two of them. We had the guys store one screen door in the garage for winter. Tyler agreed to return in the spring to reinstall it. The entire process took a little over an hour, and all windows and screens were spotless. After they left, I noticed that when the windows and the patio doors were slid open, the portion of the window tracks beneath where the windows and doors had been when closed, had not been cleaned. When I called to say I would like all the tracks to be cleaned, not just the portion beside the closed windows and doors, Tyler cheerfully agreed to return and complete that part of the job. He returned a day or two later to clean the additional track areas. He also readjusted one of the reinstalled screen doors which had been put back slightly out of its track and was stuck. Although he was not going to charge for the second trip, I was happy to pay him another $20. All in all, I was quite satisfied with the job, the price, and the very positive and professional attitude. I will definitely use Two Guys and a Sponge again and would recommend them to others.

Tyler did an outstanding job! I moved back into my home after renting it out and was getting it in order for an appraisal for a refinance. The appraisal got scheduled for first thing monday morning. I realized Friday afternoon that the windows really needed a good cleaning to help with the overall appeal and look of the home. I realized the short timeline meant I was not likely to get anyone to come out on short notice on Saturday to clean. Tyler offered to come early Sat morning and did a fantastic job. Total cost was less than what he quoted on phone. He worked really hard to clean off the water stains on the master bedroom window. Very impressed with his work, professionalism, and responsiveness.

The level of customer service was outstanding. I called requesting service with a very limited time schedule. Two Guys and A Sponge went above and beyond fitting us in on their already full schedule. They were on time. They were fast, clean, polite.

We like him. He does very good work and reasonably priced. He is very quick and very efficient. We will continue to use him in the future. He doesn’t usually wash the screens and so I give him about $25 for that. I would recommend to my friends and family members. Besides being extremely pleasant and a great disposition, he carries our ladder into the living room and does the inside of our windows that are 20 feet high. He does all the windows, no matter if they are out of reach. He is very good. The price is good.

He's great. He's our guy for windows. He's really good, professional, and fast.

They do beautiful work, no messes. They also clean the inside. I have a lot of glass tables and lights and they do a great job with those. I am not using anybody else.

We have been using Two Guys & A Sponge for approximately the past 2.5 or 3 years. The owner, Tyler Hanson, typically performs services at our house 3 times a year and always does a very nice job. He is very thorough and efficient in his work. We typically schedule him with about a weeks notice and he's always on time. While working he's very careful around the house (> 2,800 sqft) and leaves everything "squeaky clean". His pricing is fair and he always completed his work in a timely fashion. We highly recommend his services.

Excellent all around. Very good at working around nick-knacks. Not a single disturbance of owner property. No tracking or spilling of water inside house at all. Completely streak free and double checks work. Meticulously goes around window edge for left behinds. Pet friendly. Professional, punctual, and efficient. Very personable and pleasant.
