Rick was friendly and quick to respond to our request for help with my fathers oversize, quite heavy glass sliding doors. He got back to me within hours of submitting my request, and was able to come over the next day to look at the project. One day later and the work was done! He put in a new slider track, and the doors are working like brand new.
