Rick Harris showed up on time, went right to work and replaced two rollers and added an extra two rollers to our sliding glass patio door. The door can now be opened and closed with one finger. The work was completed in less than an hour. Would defiantly recommend this employee to anyone

Took the time to decide what was the best way to repair the door. Used heavier rollers then what could have been used witch will make the repair last longer and work better.

I was dissatisfied with the work. The fix is only temporary and looks sloppy. I was told to get more weather stripping and put it in myself to close the gap between the door and the frame.

It was good value for the money.

Rick said he could do the job earlier than the date I had scheduled. He kept me informed on when he was coming seeing he had a job before ours. After the repair he showed us the problem that was causing the sliding door not to lock properly. Cost was reasonable for Tucson. Would recommend him and use him again
