Considering the amount he charged us for labor, I wonder if he included the time he spent answering his phone. The quality of his work is fine but we were shocked at the labor costs.

Rick was very professional and very knowledgeable about the doors we have even though they are 36 years old and never really had maintenance. His recommendation of an upgrade to double rollers was a great idea. The doors are now like new and roll with ease. The price was well worth the upgrade. I enjoyed the interaction. I understand it is a family owned business - so they were very professional and personable when they called to make appointment. They even told me that when their son Jason was on his way he would call and that it would be from an out of state number - otherwise I wouldn't have answered - Jason was courteous and got right to work and did a great job on really old doors. I will be referring him in the future.

Didn't show up as scheduled but called to reschedule. I do think $200.00/door to replace door rollers and $60.00 for (1) door track cover and service the 3rd door seemed high. I don't have any experience with door/window repair so this could be what it costs today. I would have preferred an itemized bill indicating cost of parts and labor but received bill indicating $200.00/door and $60.00 for track cover. I should have asked for itemized bill but quite frankly didn't even read the bill: my fault.

Installer was professional and did a great job. Best money I ever spent.

Arrived when expected. Made quick work of the project. Corrected a second, minor problem with a second door. Excellent result. Rick kept me up to date on the progress and was finished quicker than I expected. Definitely would hire again.
