Rick texted that he was running few minutes late. Nice to have that communication. Work was done quickly and the rear patio door is unbelievable. Even when new it did not work that well. Glad to find him. Will definitely recommend to others and if need door help again will absolutely call.

Make sure you get a written quote up front. I way over paid my fault for not getting a quote in writing or I would have never hired this company. It took 8 weeks to complete this project was told it would only be 2, I should have shopped around. Also poor job he damaged the out side door jam did poor job cleaning up

Our repair was unique in that it was a 10 ft sliding glass door assembly that was malfunctioning. The other recommended pro would only sell us something new. The repair was further complicated by the need to remove the wrought iron assembly in order to access the slider that required repair, which required 2 persons to do the job. To my amazement, the project was completed in about 3 hours. Great job, well done.

Rick did a wonderful job replacing our sliding glass door track. I would definitely hire him again. However, I didn't give him 5 stars because I had trouble getting him to communicate with me before the job, unreturned text msgs/phone calls. Also, he didn't totally clean up after himself when the work was done. He cleaned the big metal pieces up, but left all the small metal dust/chips for us to clean up, both inside and outside the door. However, these are MINOR complaints compared to the level of his quality of work.

Just very overpriced -- $270 to fix a sliding door -- couldn't have taken him more than 45 minutes. It was extremely convenient for him, meaning that he was not having to drive out of his way at all. The parts, he acknowledged, probably only cost $65. So that's quite the up charge for labor!

Great customer service. Very honest person. Explained everything before and after the job. Gave a quote before the job that was very fair. I will be using this company again.
