Rick came out a couple of times to measure the door lock to get the right lock part. Got an older door no longer in production fixed. I am happy with the results.

I was surprised at the cost, Especially it only took an hour. And I got on my knees and helped degreaser the tracks of the door. But he was nice and professional.

Called me back and was ready to do the work when he arrived.

Does not repair the problem. Will not respond after several attempts. Updated 05/13/20 He was apologetic, admitted he fell short on not responding and he corrected that. Which was nice becasue he was not passing the buck. You can always respect people who admit that they messed up instead of pointing fingers at somebody else.

Knowledgeable technician corrected an issue with the roller assemblies and made the door function like new. Extra effort based on his experience made the difference.

I was expecting $165, got charged $269.

Rick replaced the screen on the sliding screen door and it is not really tight. Also, I am not convinced he replaced the old rollers with new ones even thought the door slides well. When asked to show us the old rollers he said he had thrown them in the back of his truck, and they were mixed in with other old ones. He left the inside floor dirty, as well as the glass on the sliding door. Additionally, he parked in the driveway and his truck leaked oil.

Rick was fun to deal with, and did a phenomenal job fixing our sliding glass door. I highly recommend his work!

When the new track was installed he hammered it on so hard that it left dents in the new track surface. When ever we open and close the patio door the dents can be felt when the bottom trucks run over them. For $165.00 I would have expected the track to be covered with something flat that could be hammered on to seat the new track instead of hammering directly on the track

Replaced 2 doors& weatherstripping. Took from 11/27 /2019 to 3/5/2020 to complete the job satisfactorily. Initial date was scheduled quickly. After payment, getting owner to schedule a date and time frame to correct the job was nearly impossible. 1 door had light coming between spaces of the weatherstripping in a couple of places. If and when he did return my text, call or email, it normally was in the early morning wondering what my schedule was then. I had told him early on after the initial job, I needed to schedule a date and time frame. That usually did not occur. Am not rating the quality of his work because I don't know at this point - too new.

Rick was knowledgeable and was able to correct our problems quickly and at reasonable cost. He was also very personable.
