Rick was very nice. He came over two times before he did the work. Second time he forgot the right tools. He charged me $250.00 for new rolls on my sliding glass door. I was shocked at the price, it took him 25 minutes. My bad I did not ask the price before he did the job, but by other reviews I thought he would be reasonable. I have told to many people and they are also shocked at the price. They all said they paid 100-150 to have that done on 1-2 doors. I feel ripped off and would not use this company again. Really did wish I could have rated it higher.

Rick was great to work with. He did an excellent job revamping 3 sliding doors. He was a bit pricy being at the top end of your guidance range. But otherwise a good experience.

Magic! Rick came the very next day after my first call to ask for service. He diagnosed our issue and scheduled the repair for the the next morning, but called later to say a job had been resolved more easily than anticipated and he could return this afternoon! Hallelujah! My heavy sliding door now rolls with the touch of a finger! I was given a great tutorial on maintenance and would call again in a heartbeat for any other work that he covers. GREAT service!

Rick did a great job salvaging our 26 year-old sliding door. I think it's better than new.

Their expertise at removing and installing the new door was good. However, attention to detail in the end was not as good as expected. I had to adjust the sill height and caulk under the frame to stop the rain from getting in. But compared to other professional services in Tucson, they were on time and actually did most of the work that they promised to do. A little more attention to detail would improve the quality of work and the number of stars in my review.
