+ -1 moreInstallation went smoothly. Needed to have them come and adjust slope of gutter after first rain. Rain was standing in gutter and most water was being directed to one side. Took some time to get adjustment made. In 2014 about an eighth on the gutter came down during a monsoon storm. Screws used for installation were shorn off. Was able to tie gutter back into place until repairs can be made. Needed to order parts online as local retailers do not cary supplies for 6" gutters. Am still in the process of making repairs.
Description of Work: Installed 6" continuous gutter on south side with downspouts on both ends. Installation went smoothly. Am pleased with the look and it's great to have the water directed where I want it. Considered putting in cisterns to catch water - did not do this.

+ -1 moreExcellent service and price! They were very professional and prompt. They knew what they were doing!! We were able to test the finished product within an hour of the project completion. We had a major monsoon and had no problems. The job they did was excellent in diverting the water away from the house preventing flooding where it was not wanted.
Description of Work: We had gutters installed in front of our house and in back over the patio.

+ -1 moreI was extremely pleased with Roadrunner Custom Homes service. Craig was professional, curteous, friend, responsive, punctual, and performed high quality work. The cost was reasonable. After the special ordered materials arrived, Craig called to arrange a time that was convenient to me for the installation. He and a helper installed the gutters and downspouts on a Saturday. They worked steady and it was obvious they knew what they were doing. In a few short hours, they were complete. Craig even answered some questions and gave me some advise on some of my other projects. I highly recommend Roadrunner Custom Homes.
Description of Work: Craig Schuetta of Roadrunner Custom Homes provided one of the four estimates that I solicited for the installation of gutters and downspouts. This was a relatively complex job with 132-feet of seamless gutter and seven downspounts. In addition, the downspouts all had to connect into an unground drainage pipe system. I also requested a non-standard color, Copper Penny, which his normal supplier did not carry.

+ -1 moreFrom start to finish Craig was on time. Once the project was underway, we realized that we needed a lot more work done than anticipated. Craig found ways to do more work and stayed within our budget. I would recommend Craig to all my family and friends!!!
Description of Work: We met Craig and his staff (family) through a friend that found him in a local home magazine. First off, I want to say this is the true meaning of a great family run company. Craig is a true professional at his craft. He is extremely talented and detail oriented. My house was in shambles when I hired Craig. Now it is the best house on the block. He truly goes the extra mile to be personable and available throughout the construction process. He even gave me his personal cell phone so I could reach him when I had questions. To Craig and staff, I could not have received better service!!!!

+ -1 moreFrom start to finish done on time, on budget and no signs of construction was ever noticed. He even built a special tile roof on top of the cistern to match my custom home.
Description of Work: We had Craig and his staff do remodeling work on two of our houses after we became friends he told us he did water harvesting and rain gutters as well. We had copper rain gutters priced out in the past so we knew how much they were but Craig insisted he could work with what ever budget we had. After he took some measurements and figured we could use two above ground cisterns his price was almost 30% cheaper then other quotes from a year ago. His price included full copper gutters two cisterns, the competitor was only one cistern.
