+ -1 moreHe's just excellent. He does extra effort to make sure the pool is really clean. If there is anything going wrong, he lets you know that. He would carry full equipment and he also scrubs the sides of the pool.

Description of Work: Pool men provides a sallt water cell for my pool on a monthly basis. They also clean the pool and provide general inspection and maintenance. They have been under contract for over 1.5 years. The salt water from chlorine conversion was well done over a year ago. The ongoing maintenance and cleaning is done once a week. It has been puntcually handled. They have a key and garage door opener to permit access to the pool control equipment. We have no complaints about their service.

+ -1 moreThis is a family owned business and we had procured services from Carlos in the past. We were glad to see that he was back in business in our area, after a family related time-out. We had cancelled our previous service company as we were not satisfied with their services any longer and while searching for a new provider, found that Carlos was back in business. For 2 months we have him back now and are as happy as in previous years. He was always very reliable and made us aware of potential issues ahead of time. If he could not make it for a schedule service visit, he would call and let us know, though he does have access to our backyard. We found his pricing to be fair and the pool looks better than ever before. After inspecting the pool during his first return visit, he found the refill was set too low and the water level had not been maintained at an appropriate level. He also found the chlorine level to be way too high and fixed everything as needed. He cleaned our filter cartridges and as I already said, everything is back in the best of shape. We gladly recommend the services provided by Pool Men of Arizona.
