I opened Patten General Pest Control in 1998 after accumulating seventeen years in the business and a lifetime of experience in the customer service industry. I had a vision of what I could offer people and businesses of our community. General pest control ants, roaches, centipedes, spiders, scorpions, crickets, silverfish, earwigs, mice, pack rats. We have never had any problems. We have been with them going on 19 years now. He is always right on time. He is friendly and very professional. I trust them with the key to my house and it is almost like he is a family member.

We started having Patten spray for us when we first put our manufactures home on our land. That was 17 years ago this August. He has sprayed for us ever since. He is a wonderful person and a person we can depend on.
Description of Work: He sprays all around our house, outside and inside our shed. He sprays around inside our house as well.

We started with Patten Pest Control in Jan. 2010 when we moved to Tucson from out of state. Mr. Patten was always on time, well-spoken, very thorough, would explain what he was doing when asked or if he was alerting us to a potential problem. We have 2 new kittens that were never affected by the spray--after 1 yr. we were pest free--and remain so today!
Description of Work: Sprays baseboards--inside every room & closet & outside around decks and foundation. Spray leaves no wetness, non-residue. Pests include spiders & scorpions & ants (traps).
