Description of Work: They simply put a flue cap on our chimney. I gave them a B on price and quality because I didn't compare prices with other companies and I haven't gone up to my roof to look at the quality. They sent me a photo, as requested, and it looks great, so I assume it is.

Description of Work: Great guys. I called on Monday and made an appointment to have someone come out on Saturday. Austin showed up right on time (actually, he called to say he would be about 30 minutes early, which was great for me!) and he was super nice and knowledgeable. He cleaned the fireplace and chimney (and inspected everything) and gave us tips on how to use our fireplace better. I will certainly call them again and would recommend them to everyone.

 + -1 moreCalled for estimate on replacing chase cap with larger size in order to better protect edge of stucco (per suggestion of roofer). Chris advised that current cap looked sufficient, but offered to reseal it and small stucco hole adjacent to it. He suggested sealing a crack in roof, which might have contributed to leak. He was also willing to patch a small crack in the stucco elsewhere near the roof.
Description of Work: Resealed chase cap, sealed crack in roofing & filled crack in stucco.

 + 0 moreThey arrived promptly, and although we had to move some cars around in our condo community to accommodate their truck and equipment, everything went smoothly from there. This was not a quick process and they were at our place for more than five hours.
Description of Work: We had Chris and Marti clean our ten air ducts, as well as our dryer duct, as well as install a cap on our secondary chimney liner. They are terrific and we would recommend them to anyone!

They told me what they were going to do, did it, then explained what they did, and shared some conversation on other services they provide. The job was exactly the amount originally quoted (usually not expected with contractors). I would recommend this service. Chris was very professional and courteous and I have a clean chimney for the first time in a very long time.
Description of Work: A chimney sweep. He also repaired a small crack and measured for a new fireplace screen.
