+ -1 moreWe just started using them in February. The fax line is through the internet as well, so when we get a fax, it comes like an email, so you print it out. If somebody leaves a voice message, it comes in like an email. It is just your regular internet, so it comes through that. If you have a problem, you just call Atlanta, and they help you with your phone. We use that for our business phone, and it is pretty good. We pay $70 for 2 lines and a fax line. It works out pretty good, it is cheaper than if you had hard wire lines. We have not had any issues. The only issues we had were set up issues, and then we called them, and they talked us through and straightened it out. You talk to somebody in United States, and not over in India, which is nice, because you can understand them.
Description of Work: I use Vonage business phone. It is voice over IP so it comes through the internet.
