 + -1 moreJason was responsive, honest and accurate with respect to scheduling service and price quote. Once contacted, it took 3 weeks to schedule and perform all promised work. I had been working with other companies for 5 months with nothing done. Jason's team knew exactly what to do and they did it. I had drained the pool the night before so that work could be started first thing in the AM. On the first day, Jason's team of 4 demolished the slide, built a new slide and repaired cracks throughout. The second day, another team masked off areas to prevent overspray of paint and masterfully painted the concrete to look like rocks, paying special attention to the color of rock from the mountain side behind our house. Afterwards, the team cleaned up after themselves, left no overspray, and cleaned out the pool (the pool had been drained to perform the work). It looks great!
Description of Work: My 10 year old pool with faux rock waterfall, slide and spa spillway needed much work. Jason was willing to come in and do the necessary repairs for the price quoted while other pool repair companies wanted 3 to 6 times the amount and were not willing to stand behind their quote due to "unknown issues once you get into it". Repairs included: 1) Demolishing the 12' concrete slide and putting in new slide. 2) Repaired significant cracks throughout the waterfall area by a combination of replacing concrete in areas where the cracks were too large and filling the cracks in other areas. 3) Repaired and/or replaced concrete rock on spillway area. 4) Custom painted concrete to look like existing rock on mountain nearby.
