Install went perfectly. A+. However, the company's customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Terrible at answering messages, returning calls, and email. However, once the install occurred (weeks late BTW) everything went fine.

We called several contractors in our area one did not return our call one did return our call and showed up to look at the job. However, he never gave us a quote. Eric came by and delivered a quote within a few days. On the fireplace he quoted two different models that we had narrowed our search to. We had some delays due to weather. Once the weather cleared they got right to work. The skylight went in first. The actual skylight was installed in a few hours along with the framing for the light shaft. The drywall and tape went in the following day that was followed by the drywall knock down coating and then painting to match existing ceiling paint. While this was going on the framing for the fireplace was going on. Once the fireplace was delivered and installed the gas and electrical was hooked up and the fireproof surround was installed followed by drywall and paint. Everyone from his company was friendly and helpful. They showed up when promised and they cleaned up after themselves, we would use them again. Project took about 10 working days start to finish.

I highly recommend them. They were very fast and worked with other subcontractors who were also great. They did an excellent job.
