+ -1 moreWhen he gets done everything is clean. The yard is spotless. They're very personable. They're easy to talk to. They're friendly. They come and get to work and get the job done. There are no surprises.
Description of Work: David Alverez does landscaping maintenance for us. He does any weeding that is necessary, trimming of any plants, total clean of the yard and then hauls it away.
