Description of Work: Approved a repair for my toilet flange, and then sent a plumber out here who would fix it for $100, who then created a hole in the ceiling which I had to have repaired for $225 and also re-piped for another $100. Horrible customer service. They were horrible. Hard to get in contact with, not a good experience

Description of Work: 2-10 was provided to us by the seller of our home. We did not need to use the service but it was nice to know we had it just in case. They also sent us a renewal letter with a price quote to continue service. Great and they are not continuing to bug us.
