Description of Work: I use Wildcat for weed control. This will be the second year that I have used them. They are both professional and punctual. Very nice people. Their prices are very fair. I will be hiring them this year for the summer pest control.

+ -1 moreIt is really hard to do things when you do not live in the area, but I will say that the staff at Wildcat has really tried hard to get the weed control done on both of our houses. The house in San Manuel is a challenge and that has been my biggest concern. Every time that I have had to call the office, the staff has tried to help me out as much as they can. They have been cheerful, friendly and really tired to get thing done for you. The couple of times that we have had contact with the servicemen it has been a positive experience. They remember to lock the gate and try not to disturb your property or your day.
Description of Work: We live in Washington state but have two houses in the Tucson area where we needed to have weed control done. One house is in Tucson and Wildcat goes out and does weed servicing to our lawn every other month. They have a key to our property and take care to make sure everything is secure before they leave. They have also done termite control to the house after it was noted that their were some termite signs. Also, we have a "little" house in San Manuel which is approximately 50 miles north of Tucson that is overrun with weeds. Not many companies go out to that neck of the woods and I was pleased to hear that Wildcat services the area. The service was started in January 2013 but the complete yard was not done because the exterminator was not aware that there was a key to the backyard fence and the main office had it. I called to let them know that the yard was only partly sprayed. Since I had called past the monthly spray date for San Manuel they were not able to do the service until March. Due to some confusion, the service did not get completed in March 2013. Our neighbor contacted us saying the service was not done. I called the office and explained the situation and I was told the service would definitely be done in April. The service was provided on 16 April 2013 and now the service will be provided every three months.

+ -1 moreI BELIEVE THAT THIS COMPANY IS VERY DEPENDABLE. THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP OF THE DATE AND TIME THAT THEY ARE SCHEDULED TO. I CAN FINALLY LET MY KIDS GO OUTSIDE AND PLAY IN THE YARD WITHOUT GETTING BIT UP.
