We hired a handyman to help us with several projects to get our house ready to be put on the market to include replace sink/shower faucets, fixing several doors, and replacing the baseboard in our kitchen. Chris was our Handyman and he was awesome. He worked really fast and moved quickly between each job. They have an hourly rate, but the total price was well worth it. I would highly recommend them and we even gave our neighbors their contact info.

Nathan under bids to get the job then instead of a 4 to 6 hours job it turns into a charge for for 14 hours. On the second day he finally sent a helper but he charges labor per hour per worker. The other bid was per hour per crew.They took all my extra caulk with them. They didn't use it all but took it with them.I have other things to caulk and I want it returned. They didn't even walk the job with me, they just left.
