+ 0 moreFortunately, he had the right part on his truck & installed it during his visit. The fees charged were reasonable & the work has help up. Our air conditioner has been working fine ever since. We would use them again, should we have the need. We would also recommend LLI Cooling & Heating to our friends & neighbors.
Description of Work: We required emergency service, as our main air conditioner stopped working right before the start of a holiday weekend. We called LLI Heating & Cooling & he agreed to come by when he finished his "regular" appointments, which I very much appreciated. The owner arrived in the late afternoon & was very polite. He went up on the roof & determined that our solenoid was bad.

+ -1 moreJuan checked our out Trane AC unit and determined that the capacitor was bad. He replaced it and checked the unit's compressor and condenser for motor amps and freon level. everything was determined to be OK and it working wonderfully now.
Description of Work: On 7/1/14, our back AC stopped working & a friend recommended Juan @ LLI Heating & Cooling. We contacted him, explained our issue & he stated he could come sometime after 4 PM that same day. Near 4 PM, he called to share he was running late on other calls scheduled prior to mine. I appreciated the courtesy he displayed then & while he was here. He quickly determined the issue & got the AC back up & running. I would call him again & would recommend him to others.
