Description of Work: I asked for deep cleaning our house. Delores Montejano came to our home and looked at it and I explained what we wanted. She agreed for a price of 265.00. What a mistake! She came with a Swifter for the dusting, she ran it over the baseboards without washing them, did not clean the bathtub, did not clean the shower door, did not clean behind the toilet, did not wash around the doorknobs, did not dust the lamp tops, and on and on. Yes, I paid her but NEVER again would I have her back or recommend her!!!! Deep cleaning is not in her category of housecleaning. She had no clue and ended up making about $50.00 an hour. I was sick at heart. We are retired and elderly and that was a good amount of money from our budget. I tried to tell her and she argued with me.
