Build it, fix it, or remodel it, I can do it all! A one man show that has been doing this my whole life. From growing up on a farm to running a business of various services, I've been "in the business" of building, fixing, and/or maintaining anything and everything that has to do with a home. All jobs figured on my hourly rate, with a one hour minimum. No "set fees" regardless of time. (many companies do this KNOWING that they can get things done quickly, thereby making over $100/hr. on some jobs) I've built decks, garages, homes, and additions. I've remodeled kitchens, baths, basements, and virtually every room in a home. I've ran equipment, developed roads, driveways, and fixed drainage issues. I've replaced water heaters, faucets, dishwashers, washers and driers. Doors, windows, pet doors, and skylights are familiar to me. Various kinds of fencing, gates, and pet containment. "I was quoted a good price to install five new interior doors. I was told it would be completed in three days. Randy communicated well and was polite but after five days, Randy had only partially completed three doors. His work was subpar and we parted ways. Finish carpentry is not his strong suit."

The work was top notch and Jerry’s OCD made sure my TVs were hung to perfection as well as all of our wall speakers and in door golf simulator. Jerry also helped us source great deals for the equipment which really helped and his rates were very fair! We did not want to go too cheap on work like this in our home and Jerry kept his word. We are going to fly him down for our Scottsdale house next! THANKS JERRY and friendly audio for finishing my dream home!"
