Yard Decorating Svc

Karen came to our house, and provided an initial evaluation around the third week of April, 2013. She took measurements and made notes. She said we'd have an estimate within one week. One week and one day (8 days) later, she sent an email apologizing for delay, and saying she'd get estimate to us in 2 days. No estimate came to my email, and I check spam folder regularly. On May 10, she sent an email query asking if we'd had time to review the "estimate sent 4/29." I answered by saying we never got it. She responded within 3 hours saying she was on her way to Phoenix, and that she would resend the estimate the following Monday (i.e, 3 days later). The "resend" never came!! This is very annoying. Obviously, she had my email address. She failed twice to send an estimate. We are trying to use local small businesses, but this experience makes a very negative impression.
