Firstly, you need to understand that I am a tech head. I built my own computer. I have been working with computers since 1995. Wits End Rocks! Tim is so very professional, knowledgeable, honest and personable. He is an unexcelled resource for any Windows or Mac issues. I cannot be more firm in my recommendation of his services.

My computer crashed, literally. My husband had just heard about Angie's List on the radio, so we decided to give it a try. We found Tim Sexton with Wit's End Consulting and I am thankful to this day for Tim! He came out the same day I called and within minutes found that the fan in the computer was broken. Since the computer was 5 years old, we made the decision to buy a new system. Tim used his contact at the manufacture to get us a great computer (better deal than if we had just called as "regular people"). Before he delivered the computer to our house, he removed all the irritating programs and stuff installed by the manufacturer. He set everything up (yep, even crawling under the desk and organizing the mess of wires) and even helped facilitate phone calls to internet service to discuss internet speed and options. As it turned out, we also had to purchase a new router (which Tim picked up for us since he knew the best product to buy). We ended up switching to cable and when the technician was in the house setting everything up, he had several questions for us. Tim was so gracious with his time and took time to talk to us and the tech on the weekend, just to make sure everything was done to facilitate the best situation for us. Now, I have a beautiful new computer, faster than ever with tons of memory. Tim set up our home network and took care of problems so that our systems run beautifully and much more efficiently. Tim is patient (always willing to explain things repeatedly) and works without an ego. He truly cares for his clients and wants them to have the best possible outcome. He helps with the simplest of problems to the most complex. He is punctual, courteous and his knowledge of computer technology is second to none.

I would never go to anyone except Wit's End Consulting for any computer need or problem again because they are that good. The work was completed expertly and in a reasonable time frame. It was exactly what we needed and had asked for. I highly recommend their services. The price quoted is an estimate as the work was done over a couple different visits.

He arrived at our home with the computer ready to go. All that needed to be done was to connect the monitor. All anti-spyware, anti-virus and other programs were already installed. He even installed my printer software. I was up and running in less than an hour. Another bonus is the computer did not come loaded with all the useless programs received with a store bought computer. Tim is professional, reliable and returns calls in a timely fashion. He answers any and all questions and is very helpful. If I am stuck anytime in the future, I will call Tim knowing that I will get the most useful help. I highly recommend him for any computer repair or custom built computer.

Tim was very flexible in terms of scheduling, arrived on time, and was extremely professional. He also was very willing to listen to my needs and work with me to make sure I understood how to use the system. I highly recommend him for both purchasing computer equipment and networking. The actual purchasing of my laptop took me about 20 minutes to tell him what I needed and then Tim took care of the rest! It was the easiest computer buying experience ever.

Tim was always professional and quick. When I called him and needed something he called me back and either helped me over the phone or came to my office. His prices are very reasonable and the service you receive far exceeds the price paid.

Tim replaced power supply at no cost except for his labor. The computer was assembled by Tim and I am very pleased with his work. He returned my call even though I called on sunday

Any time we have a problem with our computer. We know that we can call on Tim, and he will get it repaired quickly, and at a reasonable price. Tim is polite, he is personable, he gets the job done in a reasonable time frame, and he knows more about computers than anyone else we know.
