The Salesman omitted to notify us that the window frame threshold was not ADA compliant after going into great detail about their ADA handles. The Windows are see through instead of privacy windows, the screen door lock arrived broken and they never installed the weather stripping around the door as offered. The job was supposed to take 3 days. Day 1 the installer arrived at 10am and left by 1. He said he forgot to bring some of his tools. He said he would return at 7am the next day and did not show up until 930. Day 3 he showed up at 8 and stayed till 5, but had to return the next day to finish up before his next job. He complained the entire time that the windows were made short and it makes extra work for hin to create a trim to hide the gap. Why they are made short if tbey got measured seversl times, is beypnd me. Obviously, so eobe doesn't know their job. When done he stated I would have to schedule the stucco repair myself for whenever they have availability; he doesn't do stucco. After he left, I realized he didn't do the weather stripping and after tripping over the threshold, I realized it was not ADA compliant. When I called them to advise of the problems encountered, their response, after days of waiting and another call, was to pay another $500 to make the door ADA compliant and that they would put a lien on my house, in the meantime, until a decision is made. Being elder and disabled, we feel completely taken advantage of. We will never use this company and never recommend this company again.

There was a problem with the windows installed, we cannot lock the window. They never responded to our call and it was never fixed.

They were not properly adjusted when installed, this I did when we had a hard time getting them to respond to our calls. We called to complain how the frames were not square and had gaps. We were told the original frames were not square and that's the best they could do. Ya right. Had a contractor look at them, he said they needed to be reinstalled as neither was square. Would I recommend them? Absolutely not!!!

Our front room windows were nice, however our bathroom window had a few issues, when Window World of Tucson came out to fix the issues it caused stucco damage. Overall the experience was not what we expected however, the Window World of Tucson did cover the charges for the stucco repair. Just not the experience I was hoping for. The windows were great after all the work was completed. However they were under staffed and overall customer service was not what I expected as well.

everything went fine, the sales person was informative and trueto his word. the installers were on time and over came some issues from initial construction, work was well done and finished on time

It was really good. The owner's name is Chris and he is super awesome. He actually came out and oversaw it. I think his wife does the billing, and so it is all like local. He just ordered the windows in and it is really good, and the same guys installed the windows. They did a really good job. It took him a little bother to cash our check the last time. I would say that the price was really good because we got some other quotes and they were by far the lowest. It was the same thing that we would have literally paid double for everywhere else. They were on time when they said they were going to be here. They were really good.
