+ 0 moreWhen Willie was present it went great, but the other 3 weeks of the month, if they showed up, not so great. I just felt like I had to direct them on what to clean, cut, and prune. I felt like they should have been more self motivated when Willie (their boss) wasn't present. It just became so frustrating. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, as they worked for me for almost 3 years.
Description of Work: Mowing, cutting and upkeep of trees and clean-up of yard and surrounding desert.
