Wildcats Roofing was recommended by a friend who used them in 2016 and I was happy to see them still in business. I had other estimates but they were the best price by quite a bit. They did an excellent job and we only have one comment. Because of Covid we were home but no one called to tell me when the tiles were being delivered (before the actual roofing day) and because this was a second story job that was a special truck that needed our help to position correctly. So I would say a little better communication between everyone would have been nice. Otherwise they followed through with the entire job till we were perfectly satisfied and I highly recommend them!

It was an excellent work, on time and on budget.

Their pricing were reasonable. I was happy on how they performed the work. The end result was beyond my expectation. Everyone that I dealt with was very personable and easy to work with. I will definitely use them again if the need arises. I highly recommend them.

This was almost the highest bid we received, but contract covered all we needed done. We were dreading the beginning of Monsoon weather. Workers showed up as promised & went to work immediately. They kept us informed & worked constantly. Took 2 days & there is now a beautiful new shingle roof. Rain began day after they finished. Great job.

Wildcat did an outstanding job. The team was very polite and hard working and were very attentive to cleanup to make sure that all debris was removed, raked up the yard where needed. Rene was extremely responsive to answering our questions helped us find a part needed for our chimney and installed it which was above and beyond the job. These folks are pro's and reasonable.

The job started a couple of days late due to another job having complications. Once started it took less than a week to have the entire job completed. Removal of the old roofing and installation 3/4" OSB screwed down to the flat roof. Hot mop and a top coat of reflective white coating, all with a five year warranty.

Overall they did a very good job, the roof looks very nice, and they were done in the expected amount of time. They kept the job site clean for the most part and tried to clean up any nails or loose debris that might cause damage, and even hauled off an old door that I was waiting to haul to the dump which was very helpful. There was an issue with the invoice showing more wood being replaced than was actually replaced, but I believe this was due to miscommunication between the workers and the office but it was corrected quickly and a new invoice was sent right away. It would probably have helped if anyone on the crew that was here spoke more than a few words of broken English so that communicating with them would have been easier, but they were friendly and tried their best to communicate with me as necessary. The biggest issue was when we needed to discuss replacing certain pieces of fascia and make other necessary changes and we were unable to communicate clearly with each other on what should be replaced and what should be left alone, which may have also resulted in the initial invoice mixup. All in all, I am very satisfied with the work performed, and if I needed another roof installed or needed any repairs on any of my houses I would not hesitate to call Wildcats Roofing again.

Rene and Martin were professionals, on time, followed through. Gave me an accurate, detailed quote of all the work with no surprises or baby sitting. Would highly recommend. These guys also provided documentation for full insurance. Watch out for some of the roofers in Tucson that say they are insured and will not provide documentation. They can sue your home owners insurance for any injuries occurring on your property.

One of the best contractors I've ever worked with. I had 4 contractors bid on the reroof, Wildcat's was the only one that proposed to do it the correct way. They did a tear-off on the old roof which no one else wanted to do. Lucky for us because there were already 2 roofs on my house which I didn't know. Martin and Rene were great to work with. Martin noticed that we may have some weather damage and met with my insurance adjuster. Rene followed up with me to make sure everything was done correctly. The crew worked very hard and were very professional. In short Wildcat's did a fantastic job, cleaned up everything, and underbid everyone else. I am very satisfied and would refer them to anyone.

Shingles were delivered Friday, work began Monday as scheduled. Entire job took two days, then a few hours on third day for final detailing and clean up. Workers were considerate and polite, and made sure to let us know when our dog needed to stay inside while they were to open the gate, or if falling debris might be a danger.

I contacted them twice with full details of work to be done, times I could be reached, and contact information. No response. None. Don't waste your time with them.

I got the estimate quickly at a few hundred dollars less than anybody else. It took about a month to schedule and the workers showed up late in the morning; I did not get a phone call to tell me when they would get here. The main work took a couple of days and was done well - it's been tested through the recent rain and has held up well. There was some delay in getting the last coat on because of weather, it took days for the office to inform me of this. The bill I got had less wood replacement on it than I had feared, I'm happy about the honesty of this. But then, when I wanted to make a payment with a credit card I had gotten the impression they accept, it turns out they don't take (I had asked several times-guess that was a misunderstanding). So I mailed in a check for the full balance, deducting the amount for a 5% cash discount mentioned in the estimate. Today I got a phone call from their office telling me they don't consider a check the same as cash - I haven't heard that since the 80s I think. As far as I know nowadays not cash is a creditcard or other financing. So as you can see, my problem is with the office, not the actual work, which seems to be good quality.

Excellent. Materials were delivered the day before, workers showed up on scheduled morning, worked all day, finished in one day and cleaned up mess in yard. I'm very satisfied with the work done.

They put like a on a plastic coating, we have a flat roof. They just put some tar on it, it wasn't a big repair. They are going to do our roof next week. We got 4 or 5 estimates and we chose them. He is the only one that came out that day and patched the roof so our sheet rock on the inside didn't get wet. I know roofers are really busy right now, but he is the only one that came out and got on the roof and patched it. They are very responsive when I call and they are good about answering my questions.

There were issues with the roof as soon as the first rain happened after the replacement. The roof leaked in two places and upon inspection by my contractor and the roofer, two more leaks were found. In addition, the company fought with my contractor over payment. It was obvious that the office didn't know what the field guys were doing. When my contractor and Wildcat couldn't agree on a solution to the issue with the leaks, their office then refused to deal with my contractor and started harassing me directly, blaming everything on my contractor. I fully understand that not every job will go perfectly, but their follow up and handling of the situation was horrendous.

FANTASTIC. Was skeptical at first of using a roofer I didn't know or had heard about,but...I should have never worried. Rene put the most beautiful roof on for me. I had to have a new cooler installed at the same time, and MASTER COOLER in TuCSON, said the work on the roof was excellent. They did a fantastic job for me. I am so happy with my roof. RENE, is so honest. Several of the other companies said my facia would have to be replace along with other wood. I was expecting another 1500 dollars or so. Rene, checked all the wood out and said it was still good wood. Just needed to be cleaned up from old paint that was chipping and repainted. He only replaced 3 panels of wood on the edge of my back porch. He has a crew of men that work hard, never cut corners to get done in a hurry, are proud of the work they do. I can't say enough about them. His price is very good also. I know you would be happy with his work. There is only one drawback and its not that bad. If you call it may take a day for him to get back to you, but let me tell you, its worth the wait, for the excellent job you will receive. THANKS RENE TO YOU AND YOUR EXCELLENT CREW. I talked with Rene and he seemed knowledgeable and professional. I was told I would receive a quote for two possible options the next day via email. After a week of no response I called and left a message. No response to that either. Frustrated at the waste of my time. If they didn't want the job then don't come talk to me in the first place. Another contractor who expects you to beg them to take your money.

I got estimates from 3 companies that I found through recommendations from friends, Angie's List, Yelp, and (UGH!) Home Advisor. Wildcats Roofing's estimate was the lowest (but not so much as to be scary). Rene answered all of our questions thoroughly and promptly, and he gave us three sample books of shingles to keep as we decided what we wanted. The estimate came in at $7000, but a $300 discount was offered on it for paying by cash or check rather than by credit card. After we signed the contract, we did have to wait awhile for an appointment, because the storm that killed our roof did other damage in town, too...PLUS this was during autumn of 2015, and there was a lot of wet weather. I assume that all of Tucson's roofers fell behind on their schedules, and it was totally understandable! (Our roof was NOT letting rain leak into the house, so it wasn't a big deal for us.) When our appointment date arrived, the team was there early and got right to work~~it took 2-3 days; I don't remember exactly. Rene himself wasn't part of the team, but the workers were all very pleasant and friendly. Of course it's hard to tell how good a roof is until some time has passed, but it looks really nice, and I don't see evidence of any goof-ups...I'm very happy with the work!

The project went fine overall. There was some delay in communication, partly due to rain, but the work was completed well and the cost was reasonable. If they were more proactive about communicating what days they would be working or not working due to rain, I would have given all "A" scores.
