Billy came out to give us an estimate shortly after we contacted him. He was punctual, offered some professional advice, discussed the process and options and then returned a quote later that day. His quote was among the best we received. We were able to schedule the job quickly to meet our needs. Billy and a crew of two showed up right on time; he remained on the job for the entire project, which was finished an hour or two earlier than estimated. They came to the door just to let me know they were going to start and about how long they thought they would be there. All of our trees were removed to our satisfaction, two of which were in a difficult location to remove. Billy worked with us as well as our neighbor in a very professional manner. Billy was even willing to leave us some fire size logs and mesquite chips. The crew cleaned up the debris even blowing off our roof. Several of our neighbors have asked for his card and are hoping to get their trees trimmed by Billy. I would definitely use this tree service again.
