Weathersby Windows & Doors

Our sliding door replacement went great! The new door was one of four large windows/doors in our Arizona room... I was nervous that it would stand out from the others and look different. But it is such a good match and so lovely! Install was smooth and we couldn't be happier.

I feel it is my obligation to warn my fellow consumers about Weathersby windows, the worst consumer experience of my life. Avoid this business like the plague! We purchased 2 Milgard patio doors from this company in June and they were installed in July at a cost of about $5000.00. We were promised that the doors would look like they came on the house by one of the owners Diana Weathersby when we were sold the doors. This company advertises as a family business (so what!) and they promise 100% satisfaction. This company failed to live up to their advertising hype in every way. The doors were installed improperly and looked horrible. The doors did not function properly and the work looked sloppy. They did not deliver on their promise of quality. Just as bad as the low quality of the work was the response from the owners especially Darrin Weathersby the son of the other owner who is prominently mentioned in other reviews , for good reason, dealing with him was extremely unpleasant and insulting. After I called to report the poor work Diana Weathersby promised to have someone out in a couple of days to check on my concerns. After no response I called 2 more times before I was able to contact Diana a week later. Her excuse was that she had been on vacation! She sent her son Darrin to my home for what I thought was an inspection but what I got was a rude person who wanted to dismiss or ignore my concerns and hide the problems. He stayed at my home about 1 hour monkeying around and then left promising to return in a couple of days, which didn't happen. Long story short, I was forced to file a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors after no contact from Weathersby, an inspection of the work was done, the work was found not to meet minimum legal standards, Weathersby was ordered to correct the multiple deficiencies with the work or face fines or loss of their contractors license. I eventually was able to force them to take back the doors after buying new ones and having the doors Weathersby installed removed. Dealing with Weathersby has been a nightmare which has delayed my project 5 months, cost me many hours of aggravation, and many hours wasted online filing complaints. I can't imagine that a merchant like this one who does such shoddy work, and treats their customers with so little respect will be in business in the long run. Check reviews of this company from other sources! You may be sorry if you do business with Weathersby Windows, I am!

All went well. One window had a pane that was cracked before install; replaced after install, no issues. Very pleased with Weathersby Windows & Doors

Not good and we have heard similar stories from others since. I definitely would not recommend. The workers began work in our home before the owner arrived. Absolutely zero precautions were taken to avoid a mess in our home. We have concrete block and dust was everywhere. We also had to call them back to fix horrible stucco work. It was a horrible experience. :(

I enlisted on-site estimates from ten different firms representing a variety of brand name windows and doors. Weathersby delivered the most detailed and clear estimate, and offered the best quote for the Milgard windows I wanted. It took several weeks for Milgard to build the windows, which is standard practice. Once the windows arrived, Weathersby contacted me to schedule the installation. Then Chris and his installation crew arrived at the appointed time and set right to work, with each team member fulfilling an assigned task. It was all well choreographed, the crew worked quietly and effectively, and they cleaned up after themselves. There was a complication: my patio door was defective. So Chris ordered a new door on the spot and returned to install it two weeks later, right at the appointed time. My new windows and patio door are terrific, and I am well pleased with Weathersby's prices, product quality, and installation service.
