WARREN PLUMBING

Im still in shock after dealing with this company, our office asked Warren plumbing to come do a back flow test, they were unable to locate. One of our employees spouses works for another company and came out and found it for us. We needed the paperwork from the city back and Warren had told us he would either drop it off or email it back to us. I called on Monday 12/23 on speaker phone while the other company was standing there and asked about the paperwork. He immediately said we didn't need the f***ing paperwork and then hung up. I called back and told him I will be calling the BBB and we wanted our paperwork back immediately as it is our paperwork. He than said f*** you b**** and hung up again. Im still not even sure how or why someone who owns a business would ever even act like that. Lucky for us we had 3 patients and an employee of another plumbing company who all heard him on speaker phone so there is no denying anything

He arrived as scheduled and finished in a little over an hour.

Wayne did a great job and the new kitchen faucet looks beautiful. I was going to purchase my own faucet (thought it would be cheaper). I went to a plumbing supply, but the Delta family of faucets that I wanted were more than I wanted. Wayne was able to get me the one that I wanted at a great price, plus do the install. He then installed the new garbage disposal and fixed this toilet that I had tried to fix myself. The price included labor and parts. I really trust this guy. He is very knowledgeable and never lets me down.

He is very skilled, good priced and is very responsive. He is just a good guy.

REALLY, well! We called, he came out, and took care of business. We had called so many people, and no one returned our phone calls, he was the most responsive.

He is not very accurate in his work. It took him about two months before he could do this job for me. He didn't always clean up before leaving, but I guess it's because he has a lot of confidence with me. I have been a client for over fifteen years so I think that's really why he does it. Other than that he does a good job. He also works for some of my clients and he works very well.
