The work was done 7-2-14. I called them within 6 months to complain about low spots, but no one called me back. Brandon Redolis came by after several calls and promised to come back. Finally October 20, 2015, he showed up, again promising to fix the problem, but only tried to upsell me on a paint job, but still promising to fix the roof. I sent a letter to Ed Wampler May 20, 2016. He never replied. I contacted the BBB and go nowhere. In the meantime I have had roof inspection from a licensed contractor. He told me that there is a crack and that Wampler never coated the parapet walls that circle the entire roof. I have a leak that has damaged the overhang. The licensed roofer suggested that the roof needs to be recoated. Wampler had guaranteed his work for 5 years.

It had started raining sometime on Thursday 1/29/15. By Friday 1/30/15, it had become pretty steady. We noticed a wet spot just above our bed in the master bedroom. I went up into the attic to see what was going on. There I noticed a spot in the roof sheathing that was completely deteriorated. I placed a large tub under the spot, hoping to contain as much of the drip as possible. On Friday, I called a couple different roofing companies to come & give an estimate for getting this fixed pronto.. I was told that the earliest they could come, would be sometime next week. Meanwhile Friday night 1/30/15, things started to look worse, so Saturday morning, I told the wife that I was going to browse the web & see if there was anyone that could come sooner. After marking down several names, the name Wampler stood out because I used to work with someone that had same last name. So this is 7:00 AM Sat 1/31/15, I call the company Wampler Roof Coatings. A person by the name of Carla answers. I tell her the news of my roof & ask if they do repairs like that. She said yes. I said: fine, but this is Saturday. She answered that it was no problem, they work 24/7 if need be. I said : Today? She said sure. I said but it's still raining. She said : No problem, we can be there within an hour. They came, tore open the roof, diagnosed the situation, sent someone to town for parts, & by late afternoon the job was completed. Thank you Wampler Roof Coatings, you saved the day !!

Actually went fine back in Jan '08 when I had the full roof done and I had been completely satisfied. HOWEVER... A leak showed up about a month ago. I DID NOT EXPECT WARRANTY COVERAGE AT THE NEARLY 8 YEAR POINT, but since I had been impressed with his work and his explanation of how they're different than a standard foam roof, I wanted them to come for the repair work. However, after calling and telling them I only wanted the repair and not another full roof job, I could not get a call back from the owner, who I had been told would call back. After 3X, I just gave up and I'll find another roofer. Too bad they're only interested in big jobs. Whatever happened to taking care of the customer's needs?

Since we have not had any problems since the original work, and since the company promptly and professionally honored their warranty, we felt confident asking them to re-coat the roof this year. Mr Wampler offered us a discount as a repeat customer. Mr Wampler is honest and professional. It is a pleasure to deal with him and his company. He did the work promptly and courteously. He knows his work and obviously derives satisfaction from seeing that his customers are happy. We are comfortable recommending that anyone with a flat white roof contact him before doing any roof work.
