+ -1 moreI break their service down into 2 parts. First was the outside work and the second was the indoor work. I got separate invoices for each, and each was right at $500. The outside work was great. The crew was there very quickly and did a great job. They fixed the leak by installing heavy plastic over the part of the roof that was leaking from the storm. It was worth every penny of the bill. I am not all that impressed with what I got for the indoor service. Basically, they installed a fan and left. They came back each day for 5 days until they deemed it dry enough to take the fan back. They were never in the house for more than 5 minutes each time. I am not at all impressed with the service I got for this $500. I would still recommend them though, what the guys did on the roof more than made up for the lack of stuff that the indoor crew did.
Description of Work: Vista responded to emergency storm damage after one of our recent thunderstorms. They did a temporary repair to the roof to stop the water from coming into the house and also brought in a big fan to help dry out the water in our bathroom ceiling.

+ -1 moreThis company was wonderful. They responded quickly when no other company would even return our call and they had to inspect the roof when it was almost dark. Not only did they respond quickly, they knew exactly what to do. After repairs were made, they set up a heater and deyhdrator in the closet to pull out the moisture. They returned several times over the next couple of days to check the progress of the water extraction and even came on New Year's Day. They were friendly and efficient.
Description of Work: We had developed a roof leak around a scupper that was flooding the inside of a hallway closet. They came out in the evening and returned the next day to perform a repair.

+ -1 moreThe work was warranted for 5 years. Now that everything has settled. I have a ceiling fan that they installed and it seems to be coming down. I've called the company several times and still have not heard back from them. It seems now they don't know who I am. I will continue to contact them, but they are not honoring the warranty.
Description of Work: I had a flooding in my house which part of the ceiling came down in the dining room and kitchen. There was about six inches of water in the entire floor of the house. They did an excellent job restoring the house. My insurance company paid the entire amount.

+ -1 moreI HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND POLITE TO US, THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB, AND I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT AND REPLACED THE SHINGLES ON MY ROOF.
